General product safety regulation

The regulation applies to all products across all sales channels, except those in the Food, Health & Beauty categories.

These requirements apply to products shipped to or within the EU and Northern Ireland. Generic brand products are covered by a 2-year warranty in the EU and Northern Ireland in accordance with Directive 1999/44/EC.
